Questions we are asked often.

Straightforward answers about our process, pricing, code ownership, and what it is like to work with us.

Everything you need to know.

We build software for UK businesses. That includes AI systems, SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile apps, automation workflows, and custom internal tools. We do not use templates or no-code page builders — we write production-ready code.
Our clients are startups, SMEs, and founders based in the UK. They usually need to launch a new product, automate a complex manual workflow, or replace an off-the-shelf tool that no longer fits their business.
No. We are a small, focused engineering team. We take on a limited number of projects at a time so every client gets our full attention. You work directly with the people writing the code.
We quote a fixed price for a fixed scope. After we review your brief, we send a proposal with a clear cost and timeline. There is no hourly billing, and you will not get an unexpected invoice at the end of the project.
It depends on the scope. A focused MVP takes 4–8 weeks. A full SaaS platform or AI system takes 6–14 weeks. Smaller automation projects can be done in 1–3 weeks. We will give you a specific timeline in our proposal.
We build iteratively, so we expect some feedback and adjustment. However, if a core feature is added or the direction changes significantly, we discuss the cost and timeline implications with you before proceeding.
Yes, 100%. Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights, source code, and design files are transferred to you. There are no ongoing licensing fees and no vendor lock-in.
Absolutely. Because you own the code and we use standard, modern technologies (React, Next.js, Python, TypeScript), any competent development team can take over the codebase. We will even help with the handover.
We hand over a working system with full documentation. We offer optional ongoing support and maintenance retainers if you want us to manage the infrastructure, monitor for errors, and build new features. But it is entirely optional.
We test thoroughly before launch, but software is complex. If a bug in our code is discovered within the first 30 days post-launch, we fix it for free. After that, we can handle it via a support retainer or quote for a one-off fix.
We choose the right tool for the job, but our defaults are Next.js, React, and TypeScript for the frontend, Node.js or Python for the backend, and PostgreSQL for the database. For mobile apps, we use React Native. For AI, we work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
Contact us with a brief description of what you are trying to build. We will review it, ask a few clarifying questions if needed, and send you a fixed quote within 48 hours.
