Your right to cancel
When you buy digital content online you usually have 14 days to cancel. Because a question bank is available immediately, we ask you before checkout to agree that access can start straight away and to confirm that you understand you will lose the right to cancel once it starts.
When we will refund you
- The question bank is not as described, does not work, or is not of satisfactory quality, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not receive.
- We withdraw a council's question bank or close the service, as explained in our terms.
These are in addition to your legal rights, which are not affected.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@elsglobal.co.uk with the email address you used at checkout, your order number and the reason. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through the CorpAssist checkout (Shopify).
What happens to your access
- If we refund a council question bank in full, access to that question bank ends.
- If we refund only part of the price (for example as a goodwill gesture), your access normally continues.
- Your practice history stays in your account unless you delete the account.
